1. Overview

Kennedy AI ("we", "us", "our"), based in Austin, Texas, provides AI voice receptionist services for law firms and other businesses. This policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email, company, phone number.
  • Call data: caller phone number, transcripts, audio recordings, call metadata.
  • Client intake data provided by callers (name, contact info, case description).
  • Usage data: minutes used, integrations, technical logs.

3. Call recording

Our AI receptionist records inbound calls so that your firm has an accurate record of every intake conversation. Callers are informed at the start of the call that the conversation is being recorded. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely and made available only to your firm and authorized Kennedy AI personnel.

4. How we use information

  • To operate the receptionist service, qualify callers and book consultations.
  • To send transcripts, summaries and confirmations to your firm and clients.
  • To improve service quality, train and monitor the AI, and ensure security.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with sub-processors required to deliver the service (voice infrastructure, model providers, calendar and CRM integrations such as Clio) under contract.

6. Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted on request or within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is legally required.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or opt out of recording. Email contact@kennedyai.io.
