1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of services provided by Kennedy AI ("we", "us"), based in Austin, Texas. By subscribing you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
We provide an AI voice receptionist ("Lucy") that answers inbound calls, qualifies callers, books consultations and sends summaries. The service includes English, Spanish and French (plan-dependent).
3. Subscription & billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Plans renew automatically.
- 14-day free trial. No setup fee.
- 30-day money-back guarantee from your first paid month.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal.
- Overage minutes are billed per the rate stated on your plan.
4. Call recording
Our AI announces that calls are recorded. You are responsible for any additional consent or notice required by the jurisdictions in which your callers are located. Recordings are stored as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate firm, intake and routing information.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including bar association rules.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all call recordings, transcripts and intake information as your confidential information and do not disclose it to third parties except sub-processors required to operate the service.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". Kennedy AI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 14 days. Upon termination, your data is exportable for 30 days and then deleted.
